Salary range £32800 - £35430
12 month fixed term contract

With an extensive restructure under our belt, we’ve redefined our Workforce Strategy. We now need a driving force to implement it – a dynamic change management professional who can 'grasp the nettle' and get the job done.

This role offers a professional challenge that will afford you the freedom to channel your energies without the distractions of line-management responsibilities to break your flow. Working autonomously, this is a highly visible role, where you’ll employ your skills in leading our workforce planning function to improve the effectiveness of the Council’s people resources. Naturally you’ll need to be a confident and robust communicator - facilitating and championing a culture of co-operation and joint working across the organisation.
